Sandhya Oza is an image consultant by profession. Having utmost passion for the two things that she has- cooking and styling, Sandhya Oza is the founder of ‘Curry Classes’ and ‘Dress Smart by Sandhya Oza’. “I have had the good fortune to follow my passion of cooking and styling. I teach healthy Indian cooking curryclasses.com and also do international cuisines and I am also a certified image consultant. Also, I take the job of empowering very seriously.” She is currently training a friend for a pageant final. She has clients worldwide.
A model for over 25 years, she has represented England in international pageants such as Mrs Universe and Mrs Globe in 2014. “I got selected in my college campus for a fashion show and there has been no looking back”, says Sandhya.
The down to earth person that she is, Sandhya Oza believes that your achievements do not make you any greater than the other. Yet, she finds winning the title ‘Mrs. Photogenic’ and ‘Mrs. Woman of strength’ to be great experiences. “I have achieved empowering other women after these beautiful experiences of mine”, said Sandhya Oza.
As for the challenges she’s faced, Sandhya said that “I don’t recollect any step being overly challenging as I have always faced it with a ‘solve the problem if any on the way’ attitude. I do have a very supportive family too who help me overcome any hurdles (if I could call them that).”
Sandhya has been married for 19 years and has two teenage children. They also have a beautiful Cocker Spaniel as a pet. Sandhya is a firm believer of Karma. “If I followed a religion it would be Karma. Be good and do good. Leave the rest to the universe.”
As for her future plans, Sandhya Oza hopes to spread the awareness of healthy home cooking even more. She also wants to support her kids achieve their goals and help them be good people.
