Tripti Kaur Pahwa: Born in March 1977 in Lucknow, Tripti Kaur Pahwa is one of the leading Indian relief mural artists of the generation that emerged in the wake of the influence of paintings and artworks in the exhibitions. Tripti, having keen interest in paintings since childhood, admired the paintings in the informal classes at different artists’ atelier in 2000. There, she absorbed the acute attention and the same year decided to convert her hobby into profession, with the organisation name “KALAKRITI CREATIONS”.
Tripti does all kind of artworks consisting of sculptures, oil paintings, acrylic paintings, fabric paintings, broken and stain glass paintings. She recently has added jewellery making to her series of work which is rising with high speed and the market loves this new artwork of her. Her most popular and out of the ordinary especial work is of relief murals.
She has till date exhibited her artworks in many renowned places including Dilli Haat-2005, Lalit Kala Academy Lucknow in 2007, Railway Officer’s Club in 2013, Awadh Shilp Gram in Lucknow in 2016, Indra Gandhi Pratishthan (IGP) in 2016 and 2017 and many workshops are also been taken by her of clay work, paintings and shilpkar jewellery. These vocational training workshops have mainly be held in the observation homes for women and also the observation homes for kids and orphanages in Lucknow and outer cities and villages.
Tripti Kaur Pahwa runs two separate units, Project Unit & Institutional Unit in Lucknow, UP, India. Her work can be found in myriad of public and private art collections both in India and abroad.
She, with her team of KALAKRITI CREATIONS, has taken workshops in India’s famous “Daan Utsav- Joy of Giving Week” for the children in the slums of Barabanki, UP. She was recently awarded BAL MITRA AWARD-2016, by the STATE WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, UP (State award by the government).
Tripti Kaur Pahwa has been felicitated in The Folktales Award-2017 for being one of the top women entrepreneurs in UP.

She has been awarded SMMAY-2018 by Aura Foundation on 24th January, 2018. Tripti has also been awarded SWAYAMSIDDHA AWARDS SEASON-5 by Anupma Foundation on April 16th, 2017. She was awarded UP ICON AWARD for her achievement in the field of Art, by Ek Pahal Welfare Foundation recently on March 14th, 2018. She has being awarded ‘JAZBA AWARD- Ek Sangharsh’, Mother’s Lap Welfare Foundation. Tripti was recently nominated for HT WOMEN-2018, by Hindustan Times.
Many other awards Tripti has won and will win more of them and will keep on her hard work to serve the society with her god gifted talent.
